Building my own business gave me choices. Having choices is not discussed as a career goal like money & benefits are - but it should be. Having choices, especially for women, who shoulder the majority of family related responsibilities, allows us to make a living without sacrificing our life.
Helping other women create a business where they can both make a good living and have choices has been a central goal of ours as we developed Retailery. Everyone on our team has worked in both corporate and small business across all areas of the industry. We know the freedom and fulfillment of owning your own business, but we also know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by being on a team of 1 - trying to learn & do everything on your own!
