SHIPPING
 
We are pleased to offer flat-rate shipping for $5, or free shipping on orders over $150, within the United States. Depending on your location and package weight, orders sent via standard ground shipping will be delivered by UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Typical order processing takes 24 to 48 business hours.
 

 
SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES
 
STANDARD GROUND: $5 FLAT RATE
Delivery occurs two to seven business days after your order is processed.*
 
PRIORITY: $25
Delivery occurs two to five business days after your order is processed.
 
EXPEDITED: $40
Delivery occurs one to three business days after your order is processed.
 
*Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO will experience slightly longer delivery times.
For Alaska and Hawaii shipments, delivery requires 10 to 14 additional business days.
For APO/FPO shipments, delivery requires 14 to 21 additional business days.
 

 
SHIPPING TO PUERTO RICO
 
STANDARD GROUND: $28
Delivery occurs 10 to 14 business days after your order is processed.
 
PRIORITY: $60
Delivery occurs two to five business days after your order is processed.
 
EXPEDITED: $80
Delivery occurs one to three business days after your order is processed.
 
Note: During promotions, holidays, and the end of the month, shipments may be delayed due to the high volume of orders placed during these time frames.
 

 
RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know by contacting us at
info@ownretailery.com and include your: receipt number, full name and shipping address so we can send you a shipping label via email to make your return easy. 

* Returns will be honored with a refund in original form of payment, if return is requested within 7 days from date of purchase.
* Returns will be honored with a store credit, if return is requested within 14 days from date of purchase.
* Store credit is redeemable online or in-person at your local Retailery mobile boutique.
* A flat fee of $5.00 for shipping costs on all return shipments will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.
* Please retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference.
* Please make sure the item(s) are unworn/unused, in original condition and affixed with all tickets/labels. Returns must be accompanied by an original proof of purchase via a receipt number in order to be honored.  Items with any tag removed or items found to be worn or damaged may not be returned and cannot be accepted.
 
We will send an email that includes your refund confirmation or store credit within 10 business days of receiving your returned merchandise. We do not reimburse shipping fees, $5.00 will be deducted from your refund or store credit for the return shipping costs.
